July Poems and Pints with Guest Poet Kitty Riggs

Kitty is 23 years old and you might recognise her from Moulina in Tytherington, the ladies boutique. But in her spare time she has published two books- her debut novel ‘What If Bowie Were A Woman,’ which is an exploration into the sexism in the music industry and her first poetry book: ‘Bamboo Til Two,’ which she labelled 'the album she’d write if she could sing.' Kitty is currently working on a comedy/ drama script and will be releasing her second poetry book very soon.'

Come and unwind with spoken word. This is a chance to read your own poems or one of your favourites or just come and listen. Fantastic bar, come and have a drink, join in (or not) and relax!
